1. Enquiry

2. Schedule a call
The next step to finding out if this opportunity is something you’d be interested in looking into further, is to schedule an initial chat with one of our team.
3. Attend a Discovery Day
At this point, we would like to invite you to come and visit us at our head office so that you can see first-hand how the business works and meet some of the team behind the brand. We can then start to give you all the really important and confidential information that we cannot give you on the phone or by email. It is also the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better, and to make sure that we are both happy with the idea of working together.
4. Review & Assess

At this stage, we will need you to focus on arranging the finance and making sure that you have the resources necessary for the franchise. We will also be carrying out our due diligence checks and assessing you as a franchisee. This is also your opportunity to assess us, and carry out your own due diligence checks.

If you are ready to proceed, you will pay a deposit and continue with your due diligence: carrying out territory research, reviewing the legal contract, and looking at your funding requirements. There is plenty of contact with us at this stage as we help you with your research and planning, but we won’t be putting you under any pressure to sign until you are happy to do so – we want you to be absolutely ready to invest in a franchise with Hope Homecare and be comfortable with your decision to move ahead.

5. Make the Commitment
Once all your due diligence has been carried out, and you have sorted out your finances, we can now start to work together in earnest. We can sign a franchise agreement and start putting everything in place for your new franchise, including setting a date to start your training.
